Welcome to THC Vape Pen Shop Australia. By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern your purchase and use of our products and services, ensuring compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

1. Purchase Insurance Coverage

 Purchase Insurance Coverage is a service that protects customer(s) against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It serves as security for delivery

THE POLICY (Please read this before putting in your order or making Payment)
-We do not ship out parcels without Purchase Insurance Coverage. If you are a returning customer, you do not need to pay this Insurance Coverage fees. Just email us a copy of your Purchase Insurance document (PIC document) we issued you during your first order for delivery to proceed. If you do not have this document, we will procure one for you.

-The fixed amount for Parcel Insurance is AUD $300, paid by the Customer which is fully refunded on delivery.

-If an insured package does not reach it’s destination, or if it is damaged when it’s delivered, then the customer is reimbursed the declared value of the items in the package by the vendor plus the amount paid for the Refundable Insurance Policy

– If an insured package reaches its destination with no damages, then the customer is only refunded the amount paid in for the Parcel Insurance Coverage.

-In instances where the package is intercepted law enforcements, the Insurance Coverage document serves as protection for the customer.

After your payment of $300, we will issue you the PIC document. Present a copy of this document to the delivery bloke so that you can have your $300 refunded.Also, indicate how you will like to have your money refunded. Could be in cash or bank transfer on delivery.

2. Product Pricing and Availability

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information; however, errors may occur.

  • If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order.
  • Availability of products is subject to stock levels, which may change without notice. If a product is no longer available, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payment via secure third-party providers to ensure your information is protected. Payment options include bank transfers, cryptocurrency and other methods as listed on our checkout page.

  • Your payment will be processed at the time of ordering. We do not store payment information on our systems.
  • If payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be completed.

4. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions, including usage limits and expiry dates. These will be communicated clearly during the promotional period.

  • Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and are limited to one per transaction unless stated otherwise.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
  • Losses or damages caused by delays, errors, or failures due to external factors such as technical failures or courier delays.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price, as outlined in our Returns and Refund Policy.
