  • Free Shipping: Orders over $200 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

2. Delivery Times

We aim to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Below are our estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Areas: Standard shipments usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • Regional Areas: Deliveries to regional areas may take up to 4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Orders placed before 5:00 PM AEST on business days will be shipped the same day, with delivery within 1-2 business days to metro areas.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as couriers, weather, or public holidays.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed immediately payment is confirmed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Pre-Orders: Estimated dispatch times for pre-orders will be communicated on the relevant product page.
